Return Policy: 

EPIC Brand, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges of items because each item is unique and made to order. If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact EPIC Brand, LLC by email at help@EPICBrandLLC.com OR text at 312.626.7925 with the order number in the subject line and a description of the issue (EX: Order#0123456789) within 7 days of receiving their item.
