I struggle too...

This is me... truly me.

I’ve struggled (continue to struggle) with anxiety which causes me to withdraw and stay to myself to try to avoid the anxiety — but on this day, I couldn’t withdraw. I had to remain present & engaged to complete the task at hand so I truly do understand... I had to do a photoshoot for my business and I was completely out of my comfort zone. This picture is a show of that, but it's also a display of my transparency. I want you... yes, you... to know that I understand what it’s like to step out into the unknown with nothing but your faith in God. And that should be enough, but for some reason, there’s still anxiety. I understand the worrying and begging God for relief... the truth is that the solution to anxiety is prayer (Philippians 4:6). Though not easy and I’m still learning, I’m consciously putting forth the effort to #AlwaysBeEPIC. God gave us the solution so we must use it... myself included. Let’s be EPIC people.
